Making an Onion Ring – Jane Eborall © 2006 |
|
|
Make a ring as usual using the given number of ds and picots. DNRW – do not reverse work.
Start a new ring. When you get to the first join bring the thread round your hand (NOT the one from the shuttle) up through the picot on ring one.
Take the shuttle thread through the loop and carefully tighten up.
Check that the core thread is still slipping through and continue.
Several rings can be made round the central ring and then this 'theme' can be continued with chains. |
