Candle on Brass Rings

Candle on Tatted Rings

There are two versions of this candle which uses split rings.  The first (and original) version uses two brass curtain rings - plastic would do instead.  The second version replaces these rings with tatted centres.

Materials Required

No. 20 thread, beads, brass curtain rings (1” & ¾”) for version 1.  Finished candle measures 3 ½” in height by 3 ¼” across the base.

Instructions for Version 1 - using both brass rings

NB - the small brass ring can be replaced with the tatted flame on version 2
