Inner
motif using two shuttles SCMR1:
using Wsh1 6 (R 4 – 4 Cl) 6 Cl (see fig. 1) Rw & change to
Wsh2 SCMR2:

6 / 6 SR4:
6 / 6 (see fig. 3)
Change to Wsh1 SCMR5:
as SCMR1 SCMR6:

from * 4 times then repeat SR3 & SR4 joining final SR to base of first

14 Repeat from * 5 times. Join final Ch to base of 1st R. T & C
Insert
second motif down and under the SR’s of the inner motif. |

round using two shuttles – start with Wsh1 *R1:
4 + (p on SCMR of inner motif) 4 Ch:
6 – 2 R2:
4 + (same p as R1) 4 Change
to Wsh2 R3:
2 + (p on last Ch) 4 – 4 – 2
Change to Wsh1 Ch:
2 + (p on R2) 6 R4:
4 + (same p as R1) 4 Ch:
8 Lj (p on R of second motif) 8 Repeat
from * 5 times joining final chain to base of 1st R.
