Miniature Hat # 2 - © Jane Eborall

The following hat pattern could be used to put pot pourri or lavender in.  It could also be used for a doll’s hat.  I leave the rest to your imagination, but have fun with it!   The pattern was first published in Tatting Times in May 2001.  When worked in a No. 20 thread it measures 3" in diameter.  The 'ribbon' and flowers are made in a No. 80 thread.  The crown is made up of overlapping self closing mock rings and rings.  The brim uses inter-linked rings.
