Materials required:– 2 shuttles wound with white thread. 6” orange/yellow thread. 1 small bead on Sh#1. The completed swan measures approx. 1 ¼" x 1 ¼". |

Starting at head with Sh1 Head Keep bead on core thread until needed and then move to lie next to last ds worked. R1: 4 (add beak see figs 2 & 3) 2 B 8 SS Neck Ch: (seta setb) x 4 vsp (seta setb) x 3 Rw Body SR2: 10 / 4 Rw SS SR3: 8 Lp (¼”) 2 / 6 SR4: 2 + (SR3) 4 / 6 Rw Ch: 4 vsp 1 SS RoCh: 1 + (vsp on last Ch) 4 Lp – 4 vsp 1 SS Ch: 1 + (vsp RoCh) 1 R5: 6 + (R3) 6 Ch: 2 – 2 – 2 – 2 – 2 – 2 R6: 6 + (R3) 6 Ch: 6 + (vsp on first Ch) 2 R7: 6 + (R3) 6 Ch: 8 + (space btwn SR2 & SR3) T & C Cut the orange threads to form a beak. |
